With the growing popularity of Standup Paddle Boarding all around us, we are combining our two favorite activities, YOGA and SUP to offer the opportunity to "Float Your Yoga."  This summer we have vamped up our SUP YOGA schedule to offer more opportunities to trade your yoga mat for a SUP board and experience the blissful sounds of nature.
